We picked out the paper stock for the way an engaged couple picks out icing for their wedding cake. It’s a beautiful volume, made the old-fashioned way by a family-owned printing press in Salem, Massachusetts. Big publishing companies don’t make books like this anymore; they’ve forgotten how.
